During this stage, we will have you present a 3-in-1 credit report as well as complete a leasing application. And what if your credit or leasing history is less than stellar? And no worries if you’re not in the position to buy at the expiration of your agreement… we’ll establish another plan and lease agreement per your approval until you find loan funding.
